Pursuant to Article 13 of legislative decree 196/03 as amended by legislative decree 101/2018 and General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), we hereby inform you that the personal data, including sensitive data, provided during the recruitment process and in the resume, are processed for the exclusive purpose of managing the procedures for research and selection of personnel, by Sellmasters S.r.l. (the “Data Controller“), by automated or non-automated means and processes, in the way and to the extent necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes.
The personal data may be communicated to other Group companies and / or external companies for research and selection of personnel and may be disclosed within the company to the employees, in particular the Human Resources Office.
The Head of the office and/or department for which the application has been submitted, as well as the persons involved in the candidate’s selection process who have been duly authorised to carry out the aforementioned processing by the Data Controller as persons authorised to process the data, may also become aware of the data.
The provision of the data is optional but necessary for the management of personnel selection procedures; failure to provide such data will make it impossible for us to fulfil our pre-contractual obligations accurately and to provide information on personnel selection procedures. The personal data of the candidate may be retained for a maximum period of 24 months for further job positions that may open in the future, unless and until the candidate objects to such further processing, whereupon his or her data will be immediately deleted.
